Cardiovascular disease is the number one cause of death in the United States. Sudden cardiac arrest can occur within seconds of a heart attack. Immediate treatment is necessary. Knowing what action to take is necessary to increase the rate of survival for an infant, child, or adult.
Classes Taught:

Basic Life Support (BLS):
CPR FOR FAMILY & FRIENDS/CPR IN SCHOOLS: This class teaches the lay person, teacher, or school children CPR, and includes choking and rescue breathing.

CPR HEARTSAVER CLASS: This class is designed to teach CPR to the lay person who may be expected to respond to emergencies while at work, such as security guards, fitness instructors, firefighters, and police.

HEALTH CARE PROVIDERS: This class is intended to teach health care providers, including, but not limited to, physicians, nurses, paramedics, and therapists.

FIRST AID
$55.00 Includes instruction in scene survey, chain of survival, rescue breathing, choking, bleeding control, burns, fractures, sprains, strains, splinting, bandaging, wrapping, animal & human bites & stings, heat & cold emergencies, seizures, shock, dental & diabetic emergencies, and what to include in your first aid kit. Take both Adult CPR & 1st Aid on the same day for $90. Save $10.

BASIC WILDERNESS SURVIVAL SKILLS - TWO DAY WORKSHOP
