Team Building

Team building events take your team through an experiential process...from experiencing, to reflecting on the experience, to generalizing, to applying what was just learned.

Reflection and generalization allow your team to apply what was learned in the experience to the outside world. This is accomplished through experimentation of new strategies, thought processes, and behaviors developed through a progression of activities involving team work.

Each individual is challenged (by choice) to reach beyond their comfort zone and expand their natural abilities.

Team development challenges: involves problem solving; improves communication, builds, trust, develops teamwork and leadership

Facilitators guide you through a process that provides an opportunity to GAIN insight that transfers to the outside world. The process builds trust, respect for diversity, motivation, collaboration, and commitment. Outdoor games add fun and excitement to the process. Outdoor activities include the use of props. Some of these props may include, kayaks, bicycles, ropes, wires, memory games, orienteering, and more.

Full Day Prices range from $150 to $210 per person, depending on modalities chosen. Price includes facilitation, all equipment, experienced facilitators, breakfast snacks, a.m. coffee, lunch (with full day), drinking water, snacks, handouts, summary, follow-up phone call.
